In her own words:
I knew from a very young age that I wanted to become a therapist and help others, driven by my own experiences and a desire to give back. Throughout my life, I have seen what trauma can do to an individual and the importance of feeling like you belong, and you know your worth. Outside of my work, you can find me walking my three dogs with my partner, Meghan. You may also see me at an Indiana Fever game or watching sports at home, such as the Indianapolis Colts, the WNBA, and the Indiana Pacers. I use my time outside of work hours to prioritize my overall well-being. I find great joy in trying new restaurants, traveling, spending time with my partner, family, and my friends. | love to play video games such as PS5, along with the Nintendo Switch. Five words I would use to describe myself are: empathetic, dedicated, compassionate, selfless, and unique.
Healing is not always linear, but I invite you to come on this healing journey with me.
