Who we are…

The therapists and administrative team at Voyage Counseling are authentic, down-to-earth practitioners who will be honest and forthcoming about who we are. Our team invites and encourages authenticity. We do not discriminate against tattoos, dyed hair, piercings, etc. Our therapists are full human beings who show up as themselves in order to be their best selves with our clients and community members.

Voyage Counseling has been an established private practice in the Brownsburg community since 1987, with a steady flow of referrals and numerous referral sources. Our expert Brownsburg, IN therapists provide services to individuals, families, and couples of all ages.

Voyage Counseling is a growing practice with goals to expand and provide additional services (i.e., groups) to the community. We are a powerhouse team that values the importance of being a team for each other and for our clients. Our therapists are supporters of LGBTQIA+, BLM, social justice, anti-racism, etc. Our team members are proud to be professionals versed in neurodivergent treatment practices and value the diversity within each person we meet.

Job Title(s): LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PSYD (associate licensed applicants are encouraged to apply)

Job Type: Full Time or Part Time (W2 employee)

Salary Range: $40,000 – $70,000 per year

Job Description:

• Able to meet with clients during the day, evening, and possibly on weekends.
• A supporter and ally for the LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, BIPOC, etc. communities.
• Someone who possesses critical thinking skills
• A person willing to communicate their strengths, weaknesses, and needs in a non-judgmental environment.
• A team player and willing to step up and help out when needed/asked.
• Open to constructive criticism and willing to accept guidance.
• Willing to share office space.
• Willing to grow, learn, and challenge yourself, as well as the team, to create spaces for healing and have a positive impact on/in our community.
• In-person individual, couples, and family counseling.
• Virtual individual, couples, and family counseling in a controlled, confidential workspace.
• Schedule 24 direct service hours per week. (15 direct hours for part-time)
• Supervision will be provided for associate licensed applicants.
• Participate in weekly staffing.
• Join and promote yourself in local social media groups.
• Collaborate with other professionals as needed for clients.

• If billable hours are met at the end of each quarter, full-time employees will receive a payout incentive.

Shift Availability:

• Work Location: Hybrid (In-person and virtual)
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability (optional)
• No on-call hours

Education: Master’s (Required)
