Autism Burnout Group

Feeling drained, detached, or like your usual coping tools just aren’t cutting it anymore? You’re not alone. Our newest group is inspired by Dr. Megan Anna Neff’s work in Self-Care for Autistic People and explores how burnout shows up in our bodies, emotions, and daily lives.
Together, we’ll learn to recognize our limits, honor our sensory needs, and rebuild from a place of rest and authenticity.
Whether you’re newly identifying as autistic or deep in your self-understanding journey, this is a space to connect, decompress, and rediscover what “enough” feels like.
