Meet Will

William supports Voyage Counseling through operations, organizational planning, and behind-the-scenes strategy. He is currently studying Organizational & Business Psychology at Indiana University, where his academic focus centers on leadership, workplace systems, and how organizations can function more effectively while remaining people-centered. Through his work at Voyage, William helps develop internal processes, policies, and systems that support both clinicians and leadership as the practice continues to grow.

In his own words:

“I’ve always been interested in how organizations work, specifically, how structure, communication, and leadership impact people on an individual level. Working with Voyage has allowed me to see firsthand how much strong systems matter, especially in a field where compassion and care are at the center of everything.

I’m passionate about building environments where people feel supported, valued, and set up for success. Whether that’s through improving processes, clarifying expectations, or planning for long-term growth, my goal is always to help create a foundation that allows clinicians to focus fully on their clients.”

Outside of Voyage, William balances his academic work with professional interests in leadership, operations, and organizational development. When he’s not working or studying, he enjoys staying busy, exploring new ideas, and planning what’s next—both personally and professionally.
